I have never been a mega fan of turkey. It has always been dry and bland bird to me and I preferred something with more flavour. But in the past, it had been supermarket birds that I had tried.

For this Christmas, I decided to try again, but this time electing to buy the premier league of turkeys - the Kelly Bronze turkey from Essex - to review for my new Food with Passion website.
